About me:
Hi there,

I offer a one hour high-intensity yoga workout that enhances strength and flexibility. Each session consists of a variety of postures from Ashtanga yoga, combined with strength exercises taken from a boxing training regime. Participants improve levels of flexibility and strength in a routine that also serves as a great way of ensuring injury prevention.

I have a background in various styles of yoga and have also trained extensively in boxing, kickboxing, Krav Maga, Wing Chung kung fu and other classical martial arts. I also practice meditation and have focused on fusing technical forms of training from combat sports with yoga practices in a more practical and present day form.

I live in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin and was formerly a financial journalist. I am also a keen photographer and enjoy travel and the various cultural attractions that Berlin offers.
